This Non-Binary Awareness Week, Mazzoni Center reaffirms our commitment to the non-binary community we are proud to serve, not just in words, but in practice.
At a time when the existence of non-binary people is being denied, politicized, or erased, we say clearly:
Non-binary people are real.
Non-binary people belong.
Non-binary people deserve care, safety, and joy.
For centuries and across cultures, people have lived outside the gender binary. That history cannot be undone, and it will not be ignored.
Mazzoni Center’s mission guides our work to provide quality, comprehensive health and wellness services in an LGBTQ-focused environment, while preserving the dignity and improving the quality of life of the individuals we serve.
We strive to live our values every day:
