2014 Holiday Survival Guide

The holidays can often be a stressful time for LGBTQ people or their families, but there are several strategies that you can use to help reduce stress and enjoy a happy holiday this year.  Each year the staff of our Open Door Counseling program compiles a Holiday Survival Guide, filled with advice and suggestions for managing holiday stress, coping with loneliness, or finding new activities to make the season both meaningful and memorable. How to Quit Smoking for Good

Quitting smoking isn't easy, but you can do it. To have the best chance of quitting and staying quit, you need to know what you’re up against, what your options are, and where to go for help. We found this terrific resource from the American Cancer Society, and wanted to make it available here in pdf format.
