Mazzoni Center offers competitive salaries and an excellent benefits package to all full-time employees, which includes health and dental insurance, life and disability insurance, and a Tax Deferred Annuity/403(b) savings plan with an employer contribution of 3%. The benefits package also includes a Flexible Spending Account, and the opportunity to enroll with Ride ECO. All full-time employees are entitled to three (3) weeks of paid vacation annually, the agency recognizes ten (10) paid holidays, eleven (11) sick days, and provides three (3) personal days per calendar year.
Mazzoni Center recognizes domestic partnerships and contracts with insurance companies who also recognize domestic partnerships inasmuch as it is economically feasible.
