The Washington West Project is conveniently located at the corner of 12th and Locust Streets, in the heart of the "Gayborhood." Since 1996, the goal of Washington West Project has been to make services more accessible to Philadelphia's LGBT communities, through offering extended service hours and specialized programs in a welcoming, walk-in location. In addition to conducting assessments and providing direct services, the Washington West Project offers a range of education, outreach, and advocacy programs, reflecting the diversity of our communities.
We offer FREE Rapid HIV testing Mondays through Saturdays. Specific days and times are listed below.
