Regardless of gender identity or gender expression, Mazzoni Center provides compassionate and non-judgmental medical care to Philadelphia’s wonderfully diverse transgender community. We are especially proud of our ability to provide this care and continually seek feedback from the community.

Transgender services include: primary care, hormone therapy and monitoring, supportive counseling and referrals as needed. While we do not provide hormones on site, we have researched various methods for patients to obtain affordable hormonal therapies that meet their special needs. Our LGBTQ health specialist is available for all patients who need help navigating the health care system or who are looking for additional support.
