It doesn’t have to. Mazzoni Center offers free, one-on-one counseling for any HIV-positive man who has sex with men. If you’re struggling to tell people about your status, to keep your sex life exciting, or if you’re feeling afraid of having sex because of having HIV, we can help.

This service is completely confidential, discreet and non-judgmental.
