For the past twenty years, David Rosenblum has practiced in the field of employment law, with a particular emphasis on discrimination and harassment law.  For nine years, he worked as a Trial Attorney at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, litigating cases of employment discrimination on behalf of aggrieved employees.  From 2000 through 2008, he worked in the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office, in both the EEO unit and the Employment Counseling Section.  From 2008 until 2011, he served as the EEO Officer for the New Jersey Department of Labor, overseeing internal investigations of discrimination and harassment.  Since August 2011, he has served as the Legal Director for the Mazzoni Center, overseeing the direct service program for members of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community (LGBT).  

In addition to his professional positions, Mr. Rosenblum has a history of legal activism on behalf of the LGBT community, including serving as the Chair of Gay And Lesbian Lawyers Of Philadelphia, co-chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Committee on the Legal Rights of Lesbians & Gay Men, and chaired the national Lavender Law conference in Philadelphia in 2002.  He was also a founding member of the Center for Lesbian and Gay Civil Rights (the predecessor for Mazzoni’s legal services), the New Jersey Bar’s LGBT Committee, and Proud2WorkNJ, an employee resource group for state workers.  He also serves as Adjunct Professor and currently teaches "Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity Law" at Temple University Beasley School of Law in Philadelphia.
