Mazzoni Center is searching for an energetic individual to join our Housing Program as a full time Housing Counselor. The primary function of the Housing Counselor is to complete the intake and housing acquisition process with clients who are receiving HOPWA rental subsidy. Additional duties include but are not limited to: Monitor clients ongoing program compliance. Data entry into careware, maintain a caseload of 40 clients. It is expected that the ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and have the ability to multi task and remain current with paperwork at all times.

Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor degree.
Working knowledge of HIV/AIDS and housing resources.
Must complete HQS Housing Inspection training.
Ability to work with diverse populations.
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be computer literate.
Good sense of humor and a great deal of patience.
